Smelt Mill - Team Headquarters
Smelt Mill cottages have been used
by the rescue team as headquarters and as a training base since the late 1970’s.
Converted and refurbished in 1997, the building can now accommodate wheelchair
access.
The building’s inspiring outlook and facilities provide an alternative
residential venue for business meetings, conferences and training courses.
Smelt Mill provides an ideal
venue for residential programmes for organised groups. A range of service
levels can be provided for, from self catering, to fully catered and
programmed courses including use of specialist equipment and transport.
