The last Sunday of September is traditionally the 3 Peaks Cyclo-cross event which is run out of Helwith Bridge, and this year some of our team ventured over the border to Yorkshire to provide communications and medical support.
Thankfully there were no major injuries, but we did patch up several cyclists who had taken a tumble (or 5!) and advised on further treatment. We always enjoy being part of this event which we have supported over many years and are very grateful for their support of the team.
