Our rescue Team are currently delivering a number of team talks on education in the fells and on our Team operations.

The rescue Team were in Chorley Town centre during May where we raised and collected £404.93 and we were also in Clitheroe during June where we raised and collected £588.85.
We thank all of our supporters for these amazing donations which will go towards the running of the rescue Team.
Our next major fundraiser will be on Saturday 14th September 2024 in Garstang, followed by Lancaster in October.
Team members will be out and about so there’s plenty of opportunity to chat and ask questions about our volunteers and Team operations supporting your community.
Throughout the year we may attend a fund raising event such as a fete or open day, please get in touch if you are interested in our mountain rescue team attending.
These events also provide an ideal opportunity to meet our team members who are all volunteers, have a chat, find out about incidents and how the team is managed and run in your community. This is also an ideal time to ask about joining our rescue team.
The events also give us a chance to get that education message across and to say a simple thank you to you.
