Incident 067/2025
Tuesday 25th November 2025, at 12.25hrs we were requested by the North West Ambulance Service to attend to a 77-year-old female who had chest pain whilst she was out walking on Nicky Nook.
18 volunteers of Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue responded to this incident where we worked alongside the Paramedics to treat and walk her back to the ambulance.
The patient was in good spirits when handed over to the ambulance crew and we wish her all the very best and a speedy recovery.
The incident took over 3 hours to complete.
