Wednesday 27th April 2022 the rescue Team were invited back to continue with the high risk missing person search Katie Kenyon in the Forest of Bowland.
14 Team members which included search dogs from our partners Cave Rescue Organisation and Calder Valley Search & Rescue Teams joined us in the continued search. After a period of time, the Police had identified an area of interest and 2 days later, a body was later located and confirmed as Katie’s
The rescue team extends its heartfelt sympathies to all of Katie’s family and friends in this sad outcome.
