Incident 035/2026
Wednesday 12th August at 13.20hr, the Team were requested by the North West Ambulance Service to attend to an incident involving a 72-year-old male who had fallen on rocks while watching his family fish on the coast.
With injuries reported as passing in and out of consciousness and an arm injury, the Team responded with 14 volunteers.
As we were able to access the casualty, along with Paramedics an assessment was made and after a short period of rest, the male was successfully walked the short distance across the rocks to our Team vehicles and the land ambulance.
We wish the male casualty a swift and speedy recovery.
