Incident 009/2021

On Monday 18th January 2021 at 09.30 am a 71 year old male had slipped on the bank whilst out fishing near the village of Much Hoole. Once Team members were on scene it appeared that he had fractured his leg, so the rescue Team treated him and packaged him up in our mountain rescue equipment, and once an ambulance was available and had arrived he was carried the short distance for further treatment by the ambulance crew.
