Saturday 19th July 2025 we were called by the North West Ambulance Service to attend and assist with a 10-year-old female who had fallen from her mountain bike in Duxbury Wood, near Chorley while attempting jumps.
Team members were requested to assist with the extrication, however as Team members and vehicles were responding we were informed that the Father had carried his daughter out of the wood and into the care of the ambulance crew that was parked nearby.
The Team stood down responding and we wish the 10-year-old our very best wishes.
