The rescue Team were called to Longridge fell to assist the North West Ambulance service who were treating a male who had a Cardiac Arrest. With the terrain being difficult, we were required to assist with the extraction across undulating ground.
However, as we were responding, we were stood down as ambulance crews, along with the Air Ambulance had managed to extricate the patient to safer ground.
