The rescue Team were called again on the same day with an almost identical incident to INC 002/2024, but this time it was our neighbours CRO who had been alerted by the North Yorkshire Police that 2 uninjured persons required recovery from their car in our operational area which was snowed in on the Lythe Fell Road, and with darkness there was concern for their safety.
However once again, a local framer had recovered them and their vehicle, therefore our services were not required and we should down before our rescue team were alerted.
