Incident 001/2022

The first call of the year for the rescue Team was to assist the North West Ambulance Service for a male who had slipped and tripped whilst out walking with his partner on Parlick Fell. The 26 year old male had dislocated his left knee so the rescue Team treated as best good, then packaged him onto our mountain rescue Bell stretcher, and along with the Ambulance Service Paramedics, he was stretchered off the fell to the road head where he was then transferred into the ambulance.

We wish our patient a very speedy recovery.
