Incident 018/2022

We were requested by the North West Ambulance Service to attend in Walton-le-dale for a 48-year-old male who had fallen whilst out walking.

With Paramedics on scene, the rescue team assisted with medical and evacuation, we used our mountain rescue casualty bag and Bell stretcher to carry off the injured walker who had a query broken leg out to a waiting ambulance, where he was then transferred into the ambulance.

This was another great example of working with our partner the North West Ambulance Service.
