The rescue Team were requested by the North West Ambulance Service at 09.20 hrs on Thursday 16th February 2023 to attend and assist with a 60-year-old male who was potentially unconscious and had been in water overnight in the Wesham area.
Thankfully, as Team members were arriving and responding, the patient was recovered by members of the Ambulance and Lancashire Fire & Rescue.
9 Team members responded to this early call in the day and the casualty was transferred into hospital for assessment and treatment.
